What's changing?

We have summarized the key changes below.

• We have changed the format of the Privacy Notice so that it is easier for you to understand how we use your personal data.

• We have provided more clarity about what personal data we collect about you, as well as how we use, protect, share and store your information.

• We have updated the information in relation to the legal basis we rely on to process your personal data. The relevant legal basis is performance of the contract (the Firecrest Terms of Use) between you and Firecrest.

• We have provided more information about your data subject rights and made it easier for you to exercise these rights by including a new method for you to make a request.

• We have removed information not relevant to the processing of your personal data by Firecrest as data controller. This included removing information that relates to the processing of your personal data in the context of any studies you may be involved in.
